I was born with naturally thick upper arms genetically. When I gained weight, it especially went to my upper arms, and even with dieting, the arm fat kept holding out to the very end. I really tried everything.
I tried working out, starving myself, and basically every trendy food and device I could find on social media, but the conclusion was always the same: the upper arms absolutely would not get smaller........
So I made up my mind and decided to get arm liposuction. Since it was my first liposuction in my life, I was very worried, so I carefully looked through blog and cafe reviews, comparing everything one by one, from the director's experience to safety, surgical method, and aftercare system, and only then did I consult and go ahead.
The conclusion? Why did I not do this sooner????????? I should have done it much earlier... I really regret it On the day of surgery, I was full of excitement and nerves, but after sleeping comfortably under sedation anesthesia and waking up, the sagging upper arms I had been enduring were gone. To the point where I thought, “This is insane, are these really my arms?” I was already extremely satisfied.
At first there was some stiffness and pulling, but the pain I had been worried about was much less than I expected, and it became much more comfortable as time went on. And as time passed, my arms gradually got thinner, and the line became so pretty too.
It has not even been two months yet, but because my upper arms became slender and delicate, people around me started saying things like, “Are you really a mom? Why are you so slim?” ✌️ But honestly, even I think these are not arms I could have had naturally, so every time I look at them I feel amazed, happy, and proud haha
You know that feeling? Before, whenever I went out, I would keep changing clothes over and over trying to look a little slimmer... in the end I always ended up hiding my upper arms before leaving. But this confidence...!! haha
Now, on the contrary, I am happily wondering what I should wear to make my slender arms show a little more lololol. It is a happy kind of worry. If you are thinking about liposuction, I hope you do not overthink it for too long. Later you may end up regretting it like me, thinking, “I should have done it earlier...” haha
Of course, you should get enough consultation and make a careful decision, but if your upper arms have been a lifelong source of stress, I really recommend looking into it at least once with some courage. Let us all enjoy having delicate upper arms ❤️
