I gave birth to two kids and my body got wrecked, so I decided to take care of myself a bit and got the Ramss shot! It’s been about 3 weeks! Even taking into account that there is still swelling, it seems like a lot has gone down, but I’m not sure if it’s just me If there are any Ramss seniors here, please give me advice on care methods, diet, and exercise too!!
