Liposuction Reviews

One month after arm and scapular liposuction at [Clinic A]

It has already been one month since I had arm liposuction at [Clinic A]! The progress was already looking really good at 2 to 3 weeks, but back then I still had some fibrosis. But after one month, it definitely feels much more natural. Right now there is no pain at all, and only a little swelling remains. What is interesting is that on some days I think, 'Wow, it is really much slimmer,' but on other days it can look a little puffier, lol. I wonder if that is influenced a bit by what I eat? (If I do not eat clean the day before, it definitely looks that way.) Arm liposuction keeps settling for 1 to 3 months, so I am not too worried. It has only been one month after all, haha. The scar at the elbow is still pink, and the one at the armpit is turning into a peachy color. I guess they will fade with time. I apply scar ointment several times a day whenever I remember. Around week 2, when I touched the scar, there was a feeling like a little lump inside, but now that is completely gone. Now it just feels like a flat scar, and because it is along the armpit crease, it is not as visible as I thought. These days I can even go to yoga wearing a bra top, so I am not worrying much about the scar. And what I am happiest with is the arm line... it really changed🥹Before, I was subtly self-conscious about my arms when wearing short sleeves, but now I can feel that the fit of my clothes has changed. But the hardest thing after liposuction is maintaining it, lol. I am not starving myself, but it is surprisingly hard to keep dieting so I do not regain weight. Especially getting enough protein is the hardest... Still, I want to keep my pretty arms for a long time, so I am going to keep taking care of them 🤍 It has only been one month, so this is not the final result yet, but so far I am really very satisfied!
