After the surgery, while I was recovering, they showed me the fat they had removed, and I thought it would look like a lump. But it was more like yellow fat mixed with fluid than I expected, which was kind of fascinating haha. Seeing something that came out of my own body in person after only seeing photos made it feel more real, and it made me think that after liposuction, aftercare is even more important! It’s been 3 months now, and I’m not relying only on the liposuction. I’m also managing things through diet, so maybe that’s why I still have some abdominal firmness, but I’m still satisfied. I’m planning to keep losing steadily, so I’m posting this as motivation to keep going!
