I had no discomfort before surgery and did not do any functional nose surgery or anything like thatㅡㅡ But ever since they used donor costal cartilage and silicone, breathing has felt so uncomfortable and my nose keeps getting blocked, so I have been going around to other places for consultations, and they say the septum inside my nose is bent. I also looked at my own CT with my own eyes ㅡㅡ My nose is a bit crooked too, but inside it was a total mess. They made my nose crooked. They did not even take a CT before surgery, so if you are going to get nose surgery, please make sure to get a CT.
