If you're above average weight or your overall circumference is large, I recommend liposuction. (If your arms and legs are thin but only your belly sticks out -> belly liposuction recommended) 2. For hospitals, being close is the best, first of all. I think there are skilled doctors everywhere, even outside Seoul haha. I live in Incheon, so I didn't go far for no reason. When looking at a hospital's facilities, don't look at the lobby or anything like that Look at what the operating room or recovery room is like. Reviews saying the staff are kind are not that important either...; I think that's just person to person. Rather than obsessing over that, it's better to see whether they provide services like high-frequency treatment. 3. Fibrosis will definitely happen. ★★Keep your mental health in check★★ Reviews saying there was no fibrosis make no sense. Fibrosis is not a side effect; it's something that naturally happens.. Even ChatGPT would tell you it's not a side effect. Liposuction is really... it's not over when it's done; that's when the real part starts. It's been 2 months since my surgery, and I'm still going to the hospital regularly for aftercare to deal with the remaining lumps! Once the pain has eased a bit, everyone should check and keep going somewhere consistently for aftercare. Or if there are places that give you a few sessions of high-frequency treatment after surgery, go to an aftercare clinic if you don't get those because it was cheap!!! 4. Liposuction does not make you lose weight. It does make it easier to control your weight. But surgery alone does not make the weight drop, so don't blindly believe it without effort.
