I did this after reading a review on Gangnam Unni, and it got pulled way too tightly. It is insanely annoying, and the area around the eye smile line got all crinkled too. It was done with thread, not a scalpel, but honestly the doctor was just terrible at using thread. On Gangnam Unni, it is better to stick to procedures only; for fillers, surgery, and things like that, it is better to use V-shape contour mode or Botox and similar treatments.
