Today marks a full 3 months since I had fat extraction on my upper arms... this is how it changed...! If you ask whether the swelling and adhesions are completely gone, some parts still remain, but it is being maintained well without major skin sagging haha I still need to diet more, but at least one thing is truly getting slender... Before, I used to cover my arms with long sleeves even in summer, but now I confidently wear sleeveless tops too. Personally, if I had to recommend just one area to treat, I would choose the upper arms without a second thought! Just smoothing out the arm line makes the whole vibe look much more delicate. I hope this helps even a little for those who were stressed about their upper arms like I was!!! Everyone, fighting with your dieting and your care routines! 💛
