Breast Surgery Reviews

Revision breast surgery success, and the stress is finally over

It’s already been a while since I had my breast revision surgery at Kai. From the first surgery until the revision, I worried a lot and went through a lot of emotional stress, but I’m so happy that the long pain finally seems to be over. In the previous surgery, the implant center was not aligned, so it moved separately, and because of that the nipple kept drooping downward, to the point that changing clothes outside became stressful.. It wasn’t just the shape either - whenever I used my arms, I felt a pulling pain, and there was also a slight discomfort when moving. After getting an ultrasound and consultation at Kai, they told me the implant had been inserted under the muscle, but because the center and position of the implant were not aligned, that was causing the problem. According to Director Cho Yong-hyeon’s diagnosis, he said it should be fine if the implant under the muscle was changed to a subfascial plane conversion. The incision was done through the lower fold incision from the existing incision site, and I also had scar surgery at the same time. Even before the revision consultation, looking at my chest was so stressful, and I worried a lot about what if even revision surgery wasn’t possible, but since the director has so much experience with breast surgery and explained everything in detail from diagnosis to solution, I have no idea how relieved I felt from the consultation onward.. For the revision surgery, I absolutely wanted at least a full C cup, and especially wanted the upper volume to look properly filled in. They reflected exactly the parts I wanted, so I’m so glad I can confidently show my chest now^^ It feels like all the pain I went through has been fully rewarded~
