It has been 4 months since the endoscopic breast filler removal surgery through an armpit incision. Four months have gone by already. The areas where I had no sensation have recovered a lot, and the area that had inflammation (at the time of surgery, one side had filler inflammation and was swollen) had been quite contracted, but it has become much softer. I kept the tape on my armpit for about 3.5 months, following the method the hospital taught me. My armpit and the skin around it itched, and I wanted to take it all off, but I kept applying it consistently with the determination not to leave a scar. When I went back to the hospital at the 3-month mark, the doctor said the scar management was going well and that if I kept applying scar ointment, it would start to look like a wrinkle and improve. Thinking about how it would have been if I had not chosen the armpit incision, I feel like I would have regretted it so much, and I think choosing the armpit incision was an excellent decision. There is not a single scar on my breast. Before and after the filler removal, and even during the surgery, the doctor showed me the endoscopic images. I hope my review helps many people, and if you are removing filler, I strongly recommend doing it with endoscopic removal.
