I was already an A cup, but after giving birth and breastfeeding, I really had no volume at all and I was unhappy I think I worried about the surgery for about 6 months.. What I thought was most important was safety, and I worried a lot about pain and when daily life would be okay again. After looking into several places, I felt more confident with a place that specializes in breasts, so I went for a consultation at NANA. The director carefully explained, one by one, which size would look best for my body type (166 cm / 53 kg), and I liked that a lot. I appreciated that the consultation was based on my body type rather than just making them as big as possible. I cared most about a natural feel, so after the consultation I chose Mentor Extra, and the result is about a C cup. Before surgery I was worried I might look a bit puffy, but it doesn’t feel like that at all and the volume looks natural! My clothes fit much better and my figure looks prettier, which is amazing. The pain was better than I expected, and the feel seems to get softer over time too. They took care of me in a very systematic way, so I felt reassured during recovery. I kept wondering if I was too late since I’m in my 40s... I hesitated so much before surgery But now I really wonder why I didn’t do it sooner haha. For anyone who gave birth and has been stressed about their breasts, I think it could be worth getting a consultation like I did~
