I am not completely flat-chested, but my upper chest was hollow and I lacked overall firmness, so I hated having to rely on padding every time I wore clothes T_T I wanted a look that was both natural and full, so I looked for a hospital that was good at that kind of thing and found Kai Plastic Surgery, then went there right away. I had a consultation with Director Lee Jun-beom at Kai, and even in reviews people mentioned how meticulous he was, but he was really detailed and attentive. Looking at my body shape, he said that instead of putting in a lot no matter what, the most natural and beautiful line would come from placing the implants in a way that matched both sides' balance. Since I also did not want anything excessive, I went with 300 cc on each side, and because hiding the scar was the top priority, we did an armpit incision with a subfascial approach. Right after surgery I could feel the weight, so I needed time to adjust, but after a few weeks it felt unbelievably comfortable T_T The really amazing part is that perhaps because the director dissected so cleanly, there was almost no bruising ㄷㄷ; It has been about a month now, and this is exactly the natural volume I wanted T_T I love the smooth line from the upper chest downward so much T_T Thanks to the director, I got breasts that suit my body type, and lately my confidence has been fully recharged T_T The kind of fit that looks pretty when you wear clothes.. I can actually have that now~~!
