Breast surgery that satisfied me in both shape and feel

I felt depressed because my breasts were an A cup. My friend was thin but had bigger breasts.. It seemed like something she was just born with, and even though our weights were similar, our breasts were different, so I felt a bit deprived? He listened to my concerns well, and explained things in a way that made them easy to understand, haha! He explained each implant type one by one, and when I said I wanted Motiva, he said Motiva would look natural for my body type, haha. I had Motiva Demi, subfascial placement, 360 cc on each side, with an inframammary fold incision. I went in thinking I would be around a full C cup! It has only been a short time since surgery, but it feels like the shape is settling in naturally? I also feel like I finally understand what cleavage means, haha. More than anything, the fact that my breasts can be touched by my own hands.. Before, they were so small they were basically like gum stuck on. They said the feel would also soften a lot over time, so I am really looking forward to that!! Motiva is definitely good for breasts without much tissue. The director seems to have done the surgery very carefully, so my recovery has been fairly fast, and I think I was able to rest a little and go straight back to work!
