I finally fixed my breast complex at [Clinic A]

As a Pilates instructor, you show your body a lot more than you think!! You have to demonstrate your posture in front of clients, and when you go to training sessions or workshops, you spend a lot of time with other instructors, so you end up comparing yourself more than you realize Even when everyone wears the same black workout clothes, their upper-body lines look so beautiful. I work out consistently and my body is fairly toned, but because my breasts had no volume in particular, my whole body looked flat. Every time I looked in the mirror, I kept thinking, 'Why do I look so flat compared to everyone else?' There was even a time when a sportswear brand asked me to do a shoot, but the concept required wearing tight clothing, so I had no confidence and politely declined! At the time I brushed it off like it was nothing, but as time passed, I kept thinking I had missed a great opportunity because of my breast complex. After that, I realized that it was not just that my breasts were small, but that it was affecting my self-confidence too. I got tired of being stressed every day when I looked in the mirror and of always worrying about my chest first when choosing clothes, so I made a big decision and started consulting about breast surgery~! I thought, what if I cannot decide during the consultation!! But the hospital that suited me perfectly was [Clinic A], so I had the surgery there. They also have a breast center, and I liked how systematic everything was, almost like a university hospital!! The first 2 to 3 days after surgery were honestly a little hard Even getting up from bed had to be done very carefully, and using my arms was uncomfortable, so all I could think was, 'I wish time would pass faster...' But after about a week, I definitely started feeling much better, and as the swelling went down, I could see the shape becoming prettier And whenever I get things like a photoshoot offer now, I accept and do it without hesitation. The confidence I feel in front of the camera is completely different, so I really think breast surgery was the right decision.
