Is breast augmentation the most satisfying?

What the director said during the consultation really struck a chord with me.. They looked at my body type and the look I wanted and talked realistically, and that just cleared my mind all at once. I was told the surgery would be done only through an armpit incision, and that the scar would remain like a wrinkle in the armpit, but now that I look at it, it really is almost invisible, which is kind of amazing haha At first I worried a lot about the axillary scar, but now I feel like I was worrying for nothing. Maybe I was just lucky with the pain, because I ended up getting a pain-free result haha There was some soreness and pulling, but it was not like I could not stand it or that it was too painful. It was just the kind of thing you had to be careful with when moving. At the beginning, my breasts felt a bit tight and did not feel like my own flesh, but as time passed the sensation loosened a lot, and now when I press them, it feels like my original tissue, which is amazing. Once the shape settled, the way clothes fit changed completely.. Now I think I finally understand why breast augmentation is said to have such a high satisfaction rate among cosmetic surgeries haha I worried for a long time, but after doing it, I am on the satisfied side.
