Lifting Reviews

Sunken cheeks and prominent cheekbones can also be improved with thread lifting!

I hardly have any facial fat, so because of my sunken cheeks, my cheekbones and chin looked extremely prominent. People often asked if I was tired, and even I thought I looked way too gaunt T_T

I looked into a lot of filling procedures and surgeries, but fat grafting bothered me because it requires taking fat from my own body, and fillers somehow felt a bit off-putting. Procedures like Juvelook Volume or Hilo Wave only really improve things after many sessions, so I had a lot of hesitation.

But after reading reviews of Restory, I saw that thread lifting could also improve sunken cheeks, so I went straight and got Silky Lifting lol

What I liked about Silky Lifting was that the area, range, thread type, and number of threads could all be customized!

They mainly worked on the side cheeks and jawline, and the surprising part was that when pulling the side cheeks, they also inserted threads toward the scalp to pull more firmly!! It was a little unfamiliar, so I asked a lot about whether it was really okay, but they explained that when the cheeks start to sag, you should not just pull the cheeks themselves; you also need to place threads toward the scalp and pull together to address the underlying sagging, and that way the results last longer too.

Since my causes were varied, including cheek sagging and sunken cheeks, they used different thread types for different areas, and altogether about 18 threads were used!

During the procedure, the grinding, creaking sensation was really unpleasant T_T

If you look at the photos right after, you can see that the jawline became sharply slimmer and the sunken cheeks were clearly filled in.

The procedure itself was really short, and I could tell the director's hands were genuinely skilled....

The next day, when I looked at my face, I was so puffed up lol, it startled me..

The jawline was fine, but the swelling was around the cheekbone area... And speaking or smiling made me feel a pulling sensation, which was uncomfortable, but that improved over time!

Now the cheekbone prominence and sunken cheeks are completely better, and even the sagging has been lifted properly, so my facial line looks softer and I'm so satisfied T_T

When doing thread lifting in multiple areas, I think it's surprisingly important to vary the thread types depending on how much sagging there is and what kind of skin you have! Instead of a hospital that uses only one or two thread types, go to a place like Restory that can use a variety, everyone here!!
