2 months after 16 Mint threads + fat grafting

It has been 2 months since I had 16 Mint threads and full-face fat grafting at Lowell! I am very satisfied with the current result. Right after surgery, my face looked puffier than I expected, so I worried that too much had been put in, but as time passed the swelling went down and the fat settled naturally, and the soft face line I wanted was completed. Before, I had worried about forehead volume and had tried forehead filler once. The filler improved it somewhat, but if I pressed on it, it would leave a mark, and when I frowned it would still indent, which was stressful. But with fat grafting, it feels firm like my own forehead and does not dent, which I am very satisfied with. Also, as the hollow temple and cheek areas were filled in, the face line that had looked peanut-shaped improved softly, and the facial contour that connects naturally to the forehead was completed, making me look much younger and more lively. It does not feel artificially changed; it feels more like my original facial strengths were kept and only the lacking parts were filled in, which makes me even happier. I usually do not have much fat in my face, so my cheekbones and temples stood out and my face line was not smooth, which bothered me a lot. In particular, my cheeks looked hollow, giving me a tired and older-looking impression, and the peanut-shaped face was my biggest stress. I tried compensating with makeup and hairstyles, but I felt the improvement would not be fundamental, so I started considering fat grafting. Director Kim Jae-yoon consulted with me and carefully looked at the hollow areas and the overall balance of my face. At first I worried that if fat was added, my face would look too puffy or unnatural, but I was told the procedure would be done in a way that fills in the lacking volume and naturally organizes the facial line. I also felt reassured hearing that right after fat grafting it can look a little excessive at first, but once the swelling goes down and the fat settles, it becomes natural. Right after surgery, my face looked much puffier than I expected, so honestly I was surprised. Every time I looked in the mirror, I worried that too much had been added, and for the first few days it felt awkward. In particular, at first my face looked a little larger and the volume seemed excessive, but as time passed the swelling went down and it gradually changed into a more natural face shape. After the swelling went down, my face line became much softer, and as the hollow areas filled in, my overall impression changed. At first I was worried the fat would disappear, but in fact it seems like some of it went down and settled, and that is what completed the natural look I have now, so I am satisfied. At first I was worried that people around me would notice I had surgery, but it was less obvious than I expected. In fact, after some time passed and the swelling went down, I heard many comments like that my face looked better, that I no longer looked tired, and that I looked healthier because I seemed to have gained a little weight. It changed so naturally that unless I specifically say I had fat grafting, people would not notice, which made me even happier. I think doing it together with thread lifting helped preserve my facial contour while giving me a softer image. There was no major discomfort during recovery. At first I was careful when washing my face or touching it, but as time passed I was able to live normally. Now I no longer worry about certain angles when taking photos, and every time I look in the mirror I think the hollow parts have been filled in and I look much more balanced.
