Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Finally got cheekbone and square jaw surgery at [Clinic A]!!

For a long time, my face had always seemed big and wide overall, and that had really been a long-standing complex for me; every time I looked in the mirror, my side cheekbones and square jaw stood out first, and even in photos my face line seemed flat and wide, so the stress was pretty serious. Hiding it with my hair only works for a day or two... I kept thinking that someday I wanted surgery. But since contouring surgery involves working on the bones, I couldn’t just decide based on reviews alone I searched for many hospitals and looked into consultations carefully, and ended up getting a cheekbone and square jaw consultation at [Clinic A]. The most important thing for me was safety, without question. It was important that my face would look better, but I cared even more about whether the pre-op tests and checks were being done properly. Before the consultation I looked up all kinds of information about the hospital, and because they had worked on facial bones for a long time, the testing process and consultation flow felt more systematic than I expected, which put me somewhat at ease. I was honestly very nervous going into the surgeon consultation. I had high expectations because this was a surgeon I’d seen a lot in reviews, but I also worried they might speak too stiffly I said things like, “I hate how wide my face looks,” and “I’m bothered by my side cheekbones and jaw line,” and I liked that they pointed out, very realistically, which parts were making my face look wider, and how the cheekbones and square jaw surgery could help define the line. It didn’t feel like they were just telling me to do as much as possible, and I also appreciated how they separated the parts that were needed for my face from the parts I didn’t need to push for. So even after the consultation, I kept thinking about it and eventually set the date. Now that I’ve had the surgery, every time I look in the mirror I can see that the feeling of my face spreading outward has gotten smaller compared with before, which is fascinating. I’m still not completely free of swelling, but as time passes I can see the facial line getting a bit more refined, so waiting has become kind of fun Before, whenever I took photos, I always worried first about my jaw and cheekbones, but these days my facial features look clearer because my face shape is more defined, so I’m satisfied. It was a big surgery, so I worried a lot, but people like me who felt stressed because the side cheekbones or square jaw made the face look wide should at least get a consultation, because it would help them understand much more clearly what the problem is in their own face.
