My mouth corners were completely straight, so whenever I just sat there, it was part of daily life for people to ask if I was angry.. And once the marionette lines were added on top of that, I looked much older than my age… So I decided to have mouth-corner surgery before it got any later, because I wanted to change the impression my face gave. I had it done by Director Lee Hyun-jik at Avant Plastic Surgery, and because his consultation style wasn’t the kind that says you can do everything and anything too aggressively, it felt like a perfect fit for me haha. He also explained well how much the corners should be lifted based on my lip structure so that my impression would look brighter! He calculated the marionette lines and the mouth-corner angle and only suggested realistic improvements. I liked that he explained only the necessary parts professionally without unnecessary recommendations. I had mouth-corner surgery and marionette line improvement together, and the before-and-after photos look so good, don’t they!? haha With the mouth corners lifted, the area under my nose also looks shorter, and my expression looks so much brighter haha. What I’m most satisfied with is that the marionette lines became much less noticeable. Now that my mouth shape is more refined, my overall impression looks clean. It looks neatly done without any unnatural feeling!! It’s amazing that just the mouth corners alone can change the whole mood!
