Confidence in my side profile after double chin liposuction at 6 months

Hi, I've brought a review now that it's already been 6 months since my double chin liposuction + muscle binding surgery. I had some facial fat compared to the rest of my body, but I didn't have a lot overall, so I thought I wouldn't expect a huge effect. Still, even at the one-month mark, the way my cheeks lifted more smoothly was very noticeable compared to before surgery. Since it's said to be a permanent procedure depending on how you manage it, I honestly wasn't fully sure, but seeing that it has stayed in place even now at 6 months makes me think about how much I worried for nothing. There's nothing special about the aftercare. I just tried to keep my weight from differing too much from before surgery. I think it's about 2 kg different, but I'm managing so it doesn't increase beyond that. I'm also doing gua sha really diligently. Since fat was removed, I was worried the skin would sag;;; But that said, you definitely shouldn't do it too soon after surgery!!! I did mine after almost 2 months..! My family and acquaintances also said I did well, saying the bulging bulldog cheeks became smooth haha. One thing that always comes up with double chin and muscle-binding surgery is the scar under the chin. Honestly, saying there's no scar is a lie, and it does remain under the chin! But after 6 months, it has faded a lot compared to before. If you're stressed about double chin, don't overthink it for too long and make your decision quickly~~ Waiting until the swelling goes down is hard anyway~~
