After double chin liposuction + muscle tying, people say my face got smaller

I’m not exactly at a body type where people would say my face got smaller just because I had face lipo, you know? But once the double chin was gone, I guess my overall vibe really did change.People keep telling me at work that I look like I lost weight, that my face looks smaller, asking what I did, and I’m getting those comments a lot.This surgery is the kind where once you take the bandage off, you can basically go right back to daily life, so the downtime isn’t long and the effect is definite. I brought edited photos too because I wanted to share info with people who naturally have lots of chin fat...When I looked in the mirror, I didn’t realize I had that much of a double chin, because you don’t usually look at yourself with your head tilted down while checking a mirror...But in photos, like in the pre-op picture above, there was so much double-chin fat packed in there that my neck looked short too, and overall even my clothes didn’t fit as nicely. In winter I couldn’t wear turtlenecks and the like because they just didn’t suit me, but this winter I think I can finally try them ^^I only went to two places for consultation: one recommended by an acquaintance and one I found myself. Both were specialty hospitals, so maybe that’s why I was satisfied with the consultations with the directors, and the hospital atmosphere was neat and good.But I heard that face lipo is the kind of surgery where aftercare is hard to do alone, so I finally chose the place with good aftercare And now I have no regrets about that choice Every time I came back after one radiofrequency treatment, I could see the fibrosis shrinking, so I really felt it! Maybe because I also got muscle tying together, I felt some awkwardness when opening my mouth until about 3 weeks, but that also went away with time, and if I manage my weight well, it should be maintained almost permanently, so from now on I’m planning to work out and manage my weight strictly
