It is now 2 weeks, so I am leaving a review. First, the first 3 days hurt a bit. When I woke up right after surgery, it was more tolerable than I expected. There was a drain in my chin, and because I could not open my jaw, drinking water was hard. So I recommend buying a sauce bottle from Daiso. You can put it in your mouth and squeeze it out to drink. Then I looked at my face and laughed because it was so funny. I am not the type to worry much, so I slept well. After that they kept telling me to walk around, so I walked. The next day I was discharged and told to do cold compresses at home, but I could not do that for two days, so I only started on days 3 and 4. That may be why the swelling still seems to be there..? For the first week, anyone looking at me would think I was a patient, so I stayed home except for walking outside for about 2 hours. After that, they removed the stitches on my face and I was able to brush my teeth. Now it is exactly 2 weeks and I am living normally with no problems. Eating is a little hard though. I have to cut food into small pieces. It is hard to open my mouth wide, so I am practicing hard right now. If you have any questions, leave a comment and I will tell you!
