The story of losing 7 kg after contouring

You know how people who are a little on the heavier side can lose weight really fast if they just stop eating a bit? After contouring, during the period when I couldn’t eat regular meals, I lost a full 7 kg....(I did start regular meals late because I was scared) Honestly, I was too lazy to eat even porridge and I had no appetite, so I barely ate properly. I basically survived on sports drinks. But if you’re going to have surgery in summer, you shouldn’t act like me... Seriously, I ended up exhausted from lack of nutrients I had 3 procedures, and once the swelling went down my face looked half its size, so my coworkers asked who I was But I’ll admit that too. It’s not just because I lost weight, the contouring effect itself is amazing.... And after surgery I kept to clean eating, so my skin got clearer too, is that real When I was looking into hospitals, my criteria were: A place that performs surgery safely A place where the doctor has lots of experience and designs the face beautifully to match proportions A place that takes care of you after surgery I went to consultations and decided based on those standards. Since every hospital’s consultation content was a bit different, I tried to take careful notes of everything the doctor explained so I could compare them, and for people like me with goldfish memory, I really recommend writing the consultation down in a memo right after leaving the hospital. Seriously, once you turn around you’ll be confused whether you heard it here or there;; Anyway, the place I went to said the surgery process could be monitored by a guardian via webcam, which caught my attention. Contouring is bone surgery after all, and there had been a lot of talk about surrogate surgeries and phantom doctors So it was nice that it really put those worries to rest.
