Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Yang Yundol Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery 5-6 month progress review

In my everyday life, my side profile looked dull, almost like I had a weak chin, and in photos taken by other people I looked very different from my front view, which was a big complex for me. Also, because my chin was short, I tended to get a double chin easily, so in many ways I became conscious of other people’s gaze. I had felt insecure about this since I was young, and I kept only making vows to get surgery someday, but after looking into several platforms and consulting, I finally made up my mind to have the surgery. For the first 3 days after surgery, I could only eat porridge, and until 1 week I mainly ate soft foods. Since I also had 2 lower wisdom teeth removed, swelling and food restrictions may have been greater. For about 2 weeks, because of the swelling, I had to go out wearing a mask and a hat. About 3 weeks later, the swelling had gone down a bit and I was able to wear makeup, but personally I think the recovery took quite a while and it interfered with daily life a bit. Still, since this was the part of my appearance complex that gave me the most pain, I’m really satisfied after the surgery and I think I would choose surgery again even if I went back in time! Especially my side profile and photos taken by other people have given me confidence, and because the part I always worried about is gone, I think I’m much less conscious of other people’s gaze now, so in many ways I’m satisfied. Definitely get a consultation, and if you’re someone who, like me, has been really stressed about a weak chin, I think it could be a good option to consider!
