The fact that my nose looked bulky because of my wide nostrils was a complex for me, so I had nose surgery, but it seemed like it looked bulky because of my nostrils rather than my bridge, so I also had nostril reduction done. In the end, though, they didn't actually do the nostril reduction, so the bulky-nose feeling stayed the same;;;; So even after the surgery, I kept wearing nostril-reduction tape for over 2 years, but after consulting with Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho, I felt like this time it would really change, so I had revision surgery for nostril reduction and also had alar rim lifting at the same time. First of all, the director was the type who clearly explained the limits while also describing as much as possible what could be done, and it felt like he reflected what I wanted. So I had the surgery, and in the end I'm really satisfied now.. Director Yoon Seok-ho is like my second father If you're someone like me who worries about wide nostrils or a broad base of the nose, you should think about Miho at least once.
