I came to write this after struggling with whether to get double eyelid surgery before the wedding I lived through school as 100% monolids, and with the wedding approaching I finally decided I couldn't take it anymore, so I dragged my boyfriend along (going alone would have been awkward 🫡) and went for a consultation While we were consulting, the doctor drew the line right away, and I booked the surgery date immediately, haha Right after the surgery there was of course swelling, and after looking at my eyes with double eyelids for the first time in over 20 years, it felt awkward, but once the swelling went down and things settled in, I was seriously very satisfied!!!! If you're hesitating, just go ahead with it right now~~~
