Hello :) I’m leaving a review now that it’s been 6 months since my eye surgery!
I originally had a thin line that looked a bit like a double eyelid, but no clear double eyelid. My eyes weren’t small, so I kept wondering for years, “Do I really need surgery?” and after a lot of hesitation, I finally decided to go through with it. (A friend had surgery first at JT Plastic Surgery!! So it felt like a confirmed choice.)
Looking back now, I’m so satisfied that I wonder why I hesitated for so long! Before, I kept drawing my eyeliner thicker and thicker so my eyes would look clearer, but now even without heavy makeup my eyes naturally look more defined, and I’m so happy. Makeup became much easier too, and I feel more confident even bare-faced~~!
Even at the first consultation, I explained the look I wanted in detail, and instead of pushing only the line I wanted, they carefully showed me several options by drawing them directly to see which line suited my eyes best 😊 That gave me trust, and I was able to choose the most natural line for my eyes-!
What I worried about most after surgery was the swelling, but I was surprised that it went down much faster than I expected 👀 After about a week, the swelling started to noticeably decrease, and I also kept drinking pumpkin juice and doing light walking to help recovery. Maybe because of that, the swelling seemed to go down even faster than I expected—! As time passed, I could see it becoming more and more natural, so the recovery period wasn’t very stressful☘️
Now that 6 months have passed since surgery, the line has settled in very naturally, and people around me often say, “It looks like you always had a double eyelid,” or “Your eyes look much clearer,” which makes me even happier😎
