Eye Surgery Reviews

One month after incision double eyelid revision + epicanthoplasty and outer corner lowering

The double eyelid line I had before was not very visible, and my eyes overall looked heavy and cramped, so even in photos or with makeup they lacked a clear look. I wanted the line to look a little more defined, and I also wanted my eyes to look longer and more refreshed than they do now, so I consulted with Director Choi Min at Answer Plastic Surgery about double eyelid revision and Wonder canthoplasty. During the consultation, they carefully checked why my existing double eyelid line was not showing well, and what kind of method would be best for resetting it based on my eye structure. For me, it was important that the line become more distinct, but I also wanted the heaviness at the outer corner to improve as well. They explained that if epicanthoplasty and outer corner lowering were done together, it could bring me closer to the eye shape I wanted. It was not a case of just making the eyes bigger aggressively, but they adjusted it in a direction that would make my eyes look longer and more defined in a way that suited me, so I could trust the process. It has been about a month since surgery, and the double eyelid line is definitely more visible than before and my eyes look much clearer. Because I had epicanthoplasty and outer corner lowering together, my eyes also seem longer and larger than before, and the heavy impression has become much more refreshed. I had been worried a lot because the double eyelids were not showing well, but after the revision the line is more distinct and the eyes themselves look pretty, so I am very satisfied. I was also worried about combining double eyelid surgery with canthoplasty, but now that it has been one month, I am glad I had it done by Director Choi Min at Answer haha.
