It has been 6 months since I had double eyelid surgery with incisions only, with no other eye surgery. I am the type whose swelling goes down well, or maybe it was just really fast, because I could feel it go down quickly. Until the 3-month mark, I worried a little about scar tissue, but it naturally faded as time passed. Right now, the only thing I can feel when I touch it with my hand is something very slight. The double eyelid is hardly noticeable now, which is nice. Since it was an incision procedure, there is still a double eyelid line when I close my eyes, but I think that will also become fainter with time, so I am looking forward to that.
