Find out whether under-eye fullness is muscle or fat

When I smiled, there was another layer under my aegyo-sal, so I naturally thought it was fat and got it done at a hospital famous for under-eye fat reduction at a high price. Under-eye fat reduction + under-eye fat grafting += 450? Even after surgery, that area did not get better, and only then did they say it was facial muscle. If that's how it was going to be, why did I do it at such an expensive place? If they were going for the concept of a specialized under-eye fat reduction clinic, shouldn't they have checked in advance whether it was muscle or not..? So if anyone around me says they are going to get under-eye fat reduction, I just tell them to go somewhere cheap and do it there.
