I had under-eye fat repositioning + fat grafting at Ino Plastic Surgery. The top photo is before surgery, and even with makeup, the area under my eyes looked so dark... In the afternoon, it felt like my makeup and the under-eye fat combined, so I was always worried because of that dull, tired look. Then I went around for consultations about under-eye fat repositioning and finally had surgery! In my case, they said fat grafting was also needed, so I had both done together~~ After the surgery, the under-eye area became really clean, and in the last photo even when I scrunch my nose lol, no wrinkles form under my eyes, which is amazing~ I had under-eye fat repositioning, but the wrinkles are gone too, so it is a total win lolololol
