Eye Surgery Reviews

It’s been 1 month since canthoplasty correction, and the D-shaped scar has disappeared cleanly

Because this was revision surgery for the outer canthus, I was worried at first that it might reattach again or leave a noticeable scar I remembered that the previous surgery had caused D-shaped adhesion, so even during recovery I kept checking the shape of the outer eye corner. At the consultation, the doctor explained that it was not just about opening the corner again, but about releasing the D-shaped adhesion that had been blocked before and naturally lowering the angle of the outer eye corner as well. As time passed, I came to understand what he meant. It doesn’t feel like it was forced open too much, but more like it was given a length that suits my eyes, which makes me even happier. The D-shaped scar has also cleaned up nicely, and especially now it no longer feels blunt and blocked at the end like before. The outer eye corner looks thin and elongated, so even when I put on makeup, my eyeliner comes out much prettier. It feels much more natural than at 1 to 2 weeks, and the horizontal length of my eyes is staying nice and open, so I’m satisfied. I was worried a lot because it was correction surgery for the outer canthus, but this time it seems to have opened smoothly without that D-shaped feeling, so every time I check the progress I think I’m glad I did it
