1-month review of hump nose surgery without implants

It has already been 1 month since I had implant-free rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim Da-ram at Oblique Plastic Surgery, so I’m leaving an honest review. My nasal hump was fairly pronounced in daily life, so every time I looked in the mirror or took side-profile photos, it was a huge source of stress and a long-standing complex. I was also scared of putting in silicone because I worried about side effects and thought it might look artificial, but after looking at my nose condition, the director suggested implant-free surgery. From the consultation onward, Dr. Kim Da-ram carefully and kindly identified my needs and shaped the line for me, which built trust, and the actual result is satisfying too. I worried a lot about swelling and surgery in general, but I had less bruising and less major swelling than I expected, so it was not hard to get back to daily life. That probably varies a lot from person to person depending on body type. Now that a month has passed, most of the major swelling has gone down, and the natural nose line I wanted has started to come through properly. The hump has been softened naturally, and the tip has been lifted without looking excessive. Friends around me say it doesn’t look like obvious plastic surgery, but instead looks naturally pretty as if my original nose had just been beautiful. Even my family asked if I had gotten filler instead of surgery, because the tip rose so naturally yet nicely. I had been hesitating since college about whether to do it, and now it feels like a waste that I spent so long worrying. For anyone like me who has been stressed about a hump nose and wants a natural change without side effects, implant-free surgery seems like a good option.
