One-month review after surgery for a bulbous, low nose

I’m writing this slightly late, hoping it helps those who are still 고민해 to make a decision! Since I was young, I’ve been stressed out because I had a bulbous nose and no bridge, so I spent a lot of time just browsing online. But I happened to take a short break from work, so I visited only three places that I really liked for consultations. Among them, [Clinic A] was the last place I visited, and Director Lee Ji-hwan pointed out only the parts that needed attention and explained them to me, and even without me saying anything, he talked in exactly the direction I wanted. Also, they could do it with a custom implant, but there was something called the glabella type, and since I had almost no bridge at all... I liked it even more. So I booked the surgery right away and went home!! On the day of surgery, I came up from a rural area alone without a guardian, but the staff took good care of me and there was almost no pain, so it was better than I had worried. The packing inside my nose was removed the next day, so I only had to get through one night, but a humidifier and a sauce bottle that makes it easy to drink water are seriously essential... The swelling and bruising were less than I expected and went down quickly! So honestly, I briefly worried that the swelling had already disappeared, but by the one-month mark, the residual swelling kept going down and I’m liking it more and more haha Because it was a bulbous nose, I had a lot to think about, and I didn’t want it to look like I had had too much surgery, so I chose [Clinic A], and I’m very satisfied!! People around me keep asking why I look so much prettier, and I’m thanking the director every day lol Oh, and I used a custom implant + septum + ear cartilage. During the consultation, the director recommended alar reduction, but I worried until the day of surgery that it might look too unnatural or that the scar might show. During the final consultation before surgery, I trusted the promise to just correct the asymmetry of my nostrils and reduce them only a little, and went ahead with it, and I almost would have regretted it if I hadn’t I hope this helps those who, like me before surgery, have a lot of worries~~
