It wasn’t that my nose was low; it just felt big and wide overall, so I had only alar reduction and nasal wall reduction without a bridge surgery. It seems like the size and width were reduced naturally without any overly dramatic change in my appearance. When I was first recommended it, they said Miho is the kind of place that doesn’t do overly aggressive surgery and has a natural style, and it turned out even more natural than I expected. The surgery went exactly according to the director’s plan, so I’m really happy. The scar from the nasal reduction isn’t visible at all now that time has passed, and the more time goes by, the more it settles in, so I like it even more and it makes me happy :)
