This is my review of a revision rhinoplasty I had with Director Lee Byeong-hui at Made Young Plastic Surgery.
I had my first nose surgery about 15 years ago? After that, the silicone at the tip seemed like it was protruding, and my nose kept feeling longer and longer, which stressed me out a lot. I also wanted to reduce my nostrils, so after consulting, I decided to proceed with revision surgery.
The director accurately diagnosed my current nose condition and proposed a specific plan including bulbous nose correction and nostril reduction, which built trust. He is already famous for revision cases, so the consultation was confident and reassuring, and that’s why I made a reservation.
The surgery included silicone replacement + autologous costal cartilage + bulbous nose correction + nostril reduction all at once, and the overall impression definitely became cleaner. The problem of my nose looking long was also solved well, and my nostrils became slimmer, so I’m satisfied because my facial proportions seem much better overall.
