It has been 7 years? About 10 years since my nose surgery, and I do not like the shape of my nose.. From the front, the tip skin looks pinched and the tip looks uneven. It seems like the columella has not come down enough. Even from the side, the tip drops in a straight 11-shape, so it feels awkward. Maybe my alar base is long, so the columella does not show well.. I am jealous of people whose original structure is already pretty and who get great results. Thinking about revision nose surgery again is really nerve-racking
