My second nose revision story is lol In my early 20s I had an L-shaped silicone implant... and about 5 years ago? I had another surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. I ended up needing surgery because the silicone was showing, and also because of my alar base. I do not know if it was because I was so aware of it or what, but makeup obviously could not cover it.. The line was not smooth, and I had a slight hump and a bulbous nose too. This time I used silicone and autologous costal cartilage to correct everything, and it came out very feminine and pretty~~ What I felt during the consultation and at the follow-up was that Director Park Jeong-heum at Mighty is the type who really pays attention to each patient one by one.
