Here’s my 3-month review after my buried double eyelid surgery and nose surgery. I had the procedures done by Director Kim Jin-woo at DK Plus Plastic Surgery, with buried double eyelid surgery for my eyes, and for my nose I had bulbous nose correction, osteotomy, and nostril reduction at the same time.Before surgery, what bothered me most was that my eyes were uneven. For my nose, I was worried about the bulbous nose look and my nostrils appearing too wide. Now that about 3 months have passed, most of the major swelling seems to have gone down, and overall it feels much more natural.My eyes barely look like they were operated on, more than I expected. I even forget from time to time that I had double eyelid surgery, and the uneven-eye look has been reduced a lot compared to before, so I’m satisfied.As for my nose, the bulbous look has lessened and the nostrils have been refined, so the center of my face seems more defined than before. People around me mostly don’t realize right away that I had plastic surgery, and I’ve heard more comments like my facial features stand out more or my overall face looks better.In a way, I’m now so used to this face that I can barely remember what my face looked like before surgery. Rather than feeling drastically changed, it feels naturally refined, so I’m happy with it. It’s still only 3 months, so I’m planning to keep an eye on the remaining minor swelling a little longer.
