Maybe because it was too big for my face, my nose looked crooked, and the tip wasn’t sharp but round, so I decided to have surgery after worrying about it for a long time. I wanted more dimension in my face, and I thought the tip was more important than the bridge, so I wanted to lift the tip a lot. After looking through many reviews, it seemed that someone with a nose tip like mine would need a very significant tip lift to get a sharper tip. After digging through a lot of reviews, the place I found was Hiend. The director said I was right, that because my nose was crooked, an osteotomy was needed, and he suggested shaving down the hump. After the surgery, my face really felt so much more feminine than before? My features became much more defined than before. My side profile also somehow looks more refined haha, and just one nose surgery changed my whole vibe so, so much! I never thought one nose surgery would make my face look this different. Most of all, the round nose tip that had been bothering me is gone, ho ho. Above all, I really love my side profile haha, so I keep taking photos from the side and only uploading side-profile photos haha. Thank you so much, director.
