Right after the surgery, the swelling was worse than I expected, and my nose felt really stiff, so I worried, 'Will this be okay?' They took cartilage from my ear, so my ear throbbed for a few days too, but it did not make daily life very inconvenient. After about two weeks, the major swelling had gone down a lot, and around a month later people around me started saying it looked natural. In particular, maybe because they used a custom implant, the bridge suits my face well and the side profile is not overly high, so I was satisfied. Since they used ear cartilage for the tip, it became more and more natural as time went on. The scar behind the ear is not usually visible, and now you have to look closely to notice it. There was pain only in the beginning, and now it does not bother me at all. Overall, it feels more naturally pretty than flashy, so my satisfaction is high. That said, since the final shape is only visible after all the swelling is gone, I felt it is better to wait at least six months. If I had to choose again now, I think I would get the surgery the same way.
