My nose bridge lowered, so I came back after revision surgery

I had my first surgery 9 years ago with silicone + ear cartilage, but because it was ear cartilage too and so much time passed, my nose gradually lowered again, back toward how it looked before surgery. My first surgery followed the line that was popular back then (I do not remember what it was called), but personally I did not think it suited my face, so this time I decided to get surgery at a place that designs it to suit you. I went around and checked 5 places: 2 places recommended by acquaintances / 3 places I found myself. The place an acquaintance had actually used and recommended was definitely different. It felt verified, and I had seen the results with my own eyes, not just through review photos, so I was already leaning that way from the start. I thought I would decide between the two after consultations if they seemed good, but both doctors' consultations were good, so I struggled a lot at the end.... So in the end I even composited noses similar to the designs they suggested and sent them to friends for a vote lol lol lol lol. After all that pointless nonsense, I am satisfied with the result of my revision surgery after 9 years, and because it used autologous costal cartilage I still need to be careful and keep watching it, so if anything happens I will come back with another review. The scar area has healed to the point that it is almost invisible, but if you are sensitive and think you will worry a lot about it, then honestly autologous costal cartilage is a no-no. After trying it, I do not think it will disappear completely. Everyone who does not mind a little leftover scar like me should look for places that keep the incision as small as possible!!! The reason I used autologous costal cartilage this time is that, as I wrote above, my nose had lowered over time, but in a way this was a revision surgery after 9 years, right...? I cannot keep lying on the operating table and opening my nose once every 10 years... I wanted material that could last as long as possible. So far there are no problems, but nose surgery is something you have to watch for years after the operation, so I plan to keep a close eye on it.
