The reason I had a no-implant nose surgery was that a nasal fracture caused my nose to bend, which made breathing uncomfortable, and my dorsal hump got worse as well, so I wanted both functional and aesthetic improvement. I searched for plastic surgery clinics on Google and, after learning about this community, looked into one hospital after another. ALU Plastic Surgery had high ratings, and I was drawn to the trustworthiness of a doctor who had worked only on noses at a large hospital before opening his own clinic, so I entrusted myself to them. I received treatment for the crooked nose and hump nose correction, plus septal deviation treatment for rhinitis, and decided to have autologous costal cartilage and nasal bone osteotomy for the nasal tip. Right after the surgery, the hump was almost completely gone. (From the right side, it was 100% gone, and from the left side, the right side of the bridge either looks a bit asymmetric or swollen, so the hump still shows a little.) As for the crooked nose, it is still only 2 weeks post-op, so I need to watch the progress more because the bridge looks swollen on one side. For the rhinitis, the right nostril still does not feel very open, possibly because of scabs, so I need to keep observing that as well. In terms of satisfaction, I am happy with the hump correction. As for the crooked nose and rhinitis, it is still only 2 weeks, so I am not sure yet and will have to keep watching the progress! haha
