At night I always slept on just one side, not because it was easier to breathe, but because it was less blocked. Even during company meetings, not being able to breathe through my nose made me feel unnecessarily more nervous. While searching, I saw that GNG Hospital has an ENT foundation, and they said they look at both function and aesthetics, so I went for a consultation. The director looked at my condition with an endoscope and explained that my septum was deviated and that I had a lot of swelling, which was a little scary, but I also felt like it was finally going to be solved. For the aesthetic part, they said to keep the bridge and only make the tip slightly more defined, and they pointed it out while showing me photos. The day after surgery, I felt dazed and the congestion was severe, but after a week, breathing felt completely different from before. Now, about a month later, my side profile has been naturally refined and only the tip has become a little higher, so people around me say they do not really know I had surgery haha The best part is that the uncomfortable feeling when breathing is gone!
