Thanks to Director Lee Gijin, I found my life-changing nose!!

From the front, my nose also had that bulbous nose feeling where the alar base looked wide, and before surgery my nose was overall short and my bridge was on the low side. Because of the low bridge, my mouth somehow looked more protruded? While looking into reviews about short-nose correction and surgery that makes the columella fuller, I decided on the hospital ㅇㅇㄷ, which was the most my style among them! In the consultation I said I wanted the short nose to look naturally longer (not too long though) + absolutely no cut columella, and a plump columella shape. The director said that support might be insufficient with only septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so we should also use donated rib cartilage. He said that the bulbous-nose feeling and the wide nasal bones would look much more refined if osteotomy and tip correction were done together. The bridge was planned to be set naturally with silicone. More than anything, even though I kept asking about the shape of my columella, the director explained the reason for each point one by one, so I felt confident. Right now I’m so satisfied because the elegant nose I wanted is completed! In particular, the columella that had been my biggest concern has come down just the right amount, and the angle connecting it to my lips has become so much prettier. Once the swelling goes down a bit more, I think it’ll look natural and beautiful, so I’m looking forward to it, and for now I’m just going to wait it out~
