3 months after revision surgery for a contracted nose

I had surgery before at a large plastic surgery clinic using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and then had another revision at a different clinic with hump osteotomy, donated rib cartilage, and silicone. The result was another revision again.. This time I had blood pooling between my eyebrows, and they had to drain inflammation from inside my nose, so my first goal was to avoid silicone, and I also wanted to widen my nostrils because they had become too narrow. I checked quite a few clinics, and because this was a contracted-nose revision, I carefully reviewed revision experiences and went to many consultations myself.. The clinic that left the strongest impression was It’s B, and I ended up having surgery there.. probably because the surgical plan was the most detailed.. For the surgery, two pieces of rib cartilage were taken, and they said my cartilage was a bit small and weak. There was a lot of scar tissue caused by inflammation, but because my skin was thin and fragile, they could not remove everything, they said. They had taken a lot of septal tissue from inside the nose before, so the septum had weakened, and because inflammation developed too, the septum had eroded, which is why the inside of the nose had become more crooked.. They said the original internal deviation had not been properly corrected in the past, so they had to almost rebuild the inside of the nose from scratch. Anyway, I had the surgery well, and even though it was a repeat repeat revision, the early stage after surgery was still hard.. Still, after removing the splint and as the swelling went down, the nose line gradually became prettier, and I had especially worried the tip might look too pointed, but the bridge also looked slightly fuller as intended, and the tip looked round and natural, so I’m very satisfied
