People usually seem to be careful from 1 month to 3 months, but after 3 months would it be okay to do something like gua sha massage? The clinic said gua sha should be done only on the lower face as much as possible, and positions that could strongly affect the nose are not recommended, but would that still apply after the 3-month mark? Is it a bit much to ask the hospital about this? Dr. Kim Hyun-ju always said if I had something I was curious about, I could ask, though... It’s because I’m going overseas for a massage! I do gua sha as part of daily life.
