It really seems true that a nose changes a man's face.. I had a natural-looking rhinoplasty and it turned out so well.
I had surgery without implants, using cartilage filler injections. The line from the bridge to the tip of my nose was a little uneven, and I wanted to make the line cleaner.
I thought silicone would look too obvious, and I really hate anything artificial, so after a consultation at GNG Hospital and the director's recommendation, I went with a no-implant nose surgery.
Since the nose line came out straight, the overall image looks more masculine, which I like.
I especially like how it looks from the side, so I uploaded a photo.. If you want a natural-looking rhinoplasty, I recommend no-implant nose surgery!
