My nose was so low that my mouth always looked more protruded, which had always been a concern for me, but after the surgery, now that my nose has real definition, my mouth looks set back. With autologous costal cartilage and osteotomy together, the front view looks slim and nicely elevated, and the bridge line also came out in a refined, elegant style. From the side and from the front, I'm 100% satisfied with my nose~
