The director said that for a crooked nose, the support has to be built up firmly so it won’t bend again and the line can be shaped well, so he recommended donor rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage, but I didn’t want a scar on my ribs, so I chose donor rib cartilage. Seeing the result now, I really think I did the surgery at Eton, and that was the right choice
